The Romanian Foundation for Children, Community and Family cares about transparency. Thus, we want to constantly inform the public opinion, our partners and beneficiaries about our implemented projects, where the money comes from and how it is used to help children in need and their families.

Around 80% of the funds come from the British partner, the charity EveryChild UK. As Romania is getting closer to EU integration, most donors rethink their position in Romania. As an EU applicant country, Romania can no longer be perceived as one of the poorest countries in the world, and, consequently, many funders are getting ready to withdraw from Romania and turn to poorer regions.

FRCCF set off a process of adapting to these new realities. The way to financial independence started by negociating a three-year withdrawal plan with our traditional partner, EveryChild. As an alternative, FRCCF will have to raise funds from donations made by Romanian companies or simple citizens, institutional funders, local and central authorities.
