Abandoned, but not alone

The childcare institution-based programmes aim at ensuring proper conditions for institutionalised child's full development and for the time when the child would have to leave the institution.

Last year, FRCCF ran this kind of projects in eight placement centres and special schools from the counties of Cluj, Bihor, Satu Mare and Salaj.
