FRCCF will ensure the right for each child to grow up in a family or family-like environment.

Strategic Objectives:

• Prevent child abandonment and street children phenomenon;
• Support parents in reintegrating institutionalised or street children into their family;
• Support family-type alternatives to classical institutional care;
• Reduce the negative impact / effects of institutionalisation on children;
• Create and support after-care services for children leaving institutions.

Education

FRCCF will ensure to every child access to education according to his/her potential.

Strategic Objectives :

• Help illiterate children acquire basic read and write notions;
• Reduce school abandonment;
• Ensure that dropouts are re-enrolled in school and get a chance to finish compulsory schooling;
• Ensure the educational system is diversified to meet every child's needs.

Health

FRCCF will ensure special care to every child with special needs.

Strategic Objectives:

• Ensure to every child access to primary health care;
• Ensure there is a full range of services targeting children with special needs;
• Ensure to children with special needs access to proper services whenever needed.
