Best Children Go on Trips with FRCCF

The most obedient children of the FRCCF community children from Cluj and Cîmpia Turzii enjoy a few great days of holiday - games, entertaining activities, picnics and trips.

30 children who attend the EveryChild Community Centre and the second FRCCF Community Centre from Cluj will have a picnic today in Faget. This comes as a reward for the most obedient and hard-working children of the community centres.

Tomorrow, Thursday (12 April), 8 children from the Arts Club will go on a trip to Felix Spa, whereas Friday, 15 children from Cîmpia Turzii Community Centre will spend a day at Turda Gorges.

Also these days, spare time activities are held at the community centres to make children really feel like on holiday. They will participate in various games and contests, they will draw and watch movies and cartoons and go to the park.

The children who attend the FRCCF community centres come from extremely low-income families. Before coming here, they would spend their holidays at home or outside their apartment building, without getting the right adult attention. They rarely go on picnics or outside town with their families and they cannot afford to go to the movies or sign up for different spare time children's clubs. At the community centres, the FRCCF staff and volunteers give them all the attention they need and help them spend their spare time in an interesting and educational way.
