60 disfavoured children started the school year with their full school bags

60 children received school supplied at the beginning of the school year with the financial support of the Local Council and Cluj-Napoca Town Hall.

The children come from families with very low incomes and attend the community centres to get support for homework, tutoring, conselling and to socialise. In order to motivate the children not to abandon school, the social workers and the staff from the community centres chose the children with the best school results to receive the school supplies from the community centre.

Such a package is worth about 55 lei and is made of: school bag, notebooks, pencil box fully equipped, drawing sheets , watercolours and geometric case.
