The Romanian Foundation for Children, Community and Family (FRCCF) is one of the most important nongovernmental organizations focused on child protection in Romania.
The Romanian Foundation for Children, Community and Family helps disadvantaged children through charity programmes run in Transylvania. FRCCF involves the family, the community and the State in supporting these children so that their rights are respected and their needs met.
Every day, the children enrolled in FRCCF programmes have to face the lack of a welcoming home, a decent meal, and positive guidance. FRCCF stands by them and fosters them. We don't let them face hardship alone. We make sure they have equal opportunities, regardless their ethnicity, religion, social status or disability. FRCCF helps these vulnerable children keep their innocence and grow up harmoniously.
Its mission is to support the most vulnerable and marginalised children so that they grow up in a safe and secure family environment and to benefit from education and proper medical services.
In the last ten years, FRCCF has been protecting and supporting the most vulnerable and disadvantaged children, their families and the community they live in, regardless their ethnicity, religion, social status or disability.
Each year, FRCCF helps thousands of people (children and their parents) from northwestern Romania.
FRCCF is the first NGO from the county of Cluj and the second from Transylvania to have been granted public utility status. |
